Our Difference

We created a cooperative community, where staff, students, and families feel comfortable to communicate. We provide a safe and inviting environment for learning. The variety of course offerings, student opportunities to get involved, and connections to real-world applications set Fairmont apart from other schools in the region.

Our Difference

Our Future

We created a strategic plan that addresses the future of education with the Blueprint for Student Success. We worked hard to build a strategic plan that doesn't just sit up on a shelf. We created an actionable plan to direct our everyday work of educating and guiding students.

Our Administrative Team

Every team has its leaders. Our leadership team creates close connections among everyone that works at the school. People come to teach and work at Fairmont and often they stay for their entire career. There is a sense of community shared among the entire staff that creates the sort of learning environment that builds relationships with students, families, and the community.

Our Pride

"As a parent, Fairmont was the best decision. My children were all able to get plugged into what interested them. They were set up academically to face college and adulthood feeling prepared and capable."
